EX-Sports Collaborates with world-renowned NYC based artist and sculptor Paul Gerben. The collaboration is focused on one of the most exciting projects in the blockchain-based NFT sports industry, the first licensed Maradona NFT Collection consisting of 9 rare historic Maradona pieces of memorabilia. Gerben was chosen to create the most expensive piece in the collection of 10 items.

Gerben is always exploring new means of expression and mediums. His artwork is highly sought after by politicians to rock stars, athletes and celebrities. His impressive list of collectors include Barack Obama, TV host Jimmy Fallon, Comedian Chris Rock, designer Donna Karan and Prince Albert of Monaco, who bid on a portrait of Robert Kennedy at a Christie’s auction. Art auctioneer Simon De Pury of Phillips / De Pury says Gerben is ”A great master of neo-pop art”.

His stunning sophisticated portrait of Maradona captures his timeless character and poise. This exclusive 1-1 NFT will come with a signed 1-1 museum Metallic 40” x 62” print by the artist included with this one of a kind NFT collectable.

EX Sports, a platform that allows fans to buy, trade and sell unique digital sport collectibles in the form of NFTs, recently gave everyone a chance to own a piece of football history connected to legend, Diego Maradona.

Four platinum Maradona NFTs were successfully auctioned during a VIP-only event in Dubai. Starting December 5, the entire collection will be available on EX Sports owned marketplace. Each item is officially certified by The World Soccer Treasures, one of the world’s largest collections of football memorabilia, and authorized by Maradona’s former manager, Stefano Ceci.

The collaboration between EX Sports and Paul Gerben is part of a development of a metaverse museum with over 100,000 pieces of exclusive memorabilia.
