2026 Jul, 08 Brooklyn, New York
Brooklyn, New York – July 2026 – Urbanball has successfully concluded the USA leg of its global Season 2 tour with an action-packed finale at House of Goal in Brooklyn, bringing together some of the country’s most talented street football players after a week of qualifiers across the United States.
The Urbanball USA Tour visited Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn, combining elite 1v1 street football competition with community activations, content creation, and fan engagement. Hundreds of players competed throughout the tour for the opportunity to qualify for the national finals and become the Urbanball USA Champion.
The finale delivered an electric atmosphere as fans packed House of Goal to witness the country’s best street footballers compete for the title. Emerging as champion was Bangoura, who completed an extraordinary run by first winning the Manhattan Qualifier before returning just days later to claim victory in the Brooklyn Finals.
The event marked another milestone in Urbanball’s mission to create the world’s leading platform for street football by combining live events, digital competition, content, AI-powered technology, and community engagement into a single global ecosystem.
“We’ve always believed street football deserves a bigger stage,” said Urbanball Co-Founder Sean Garnier. “What we experienced across the United States proved that the demand already exists. Every city brought its own culture, energy, and incredible talent. This is only the beginning of what we are building.”
Urbanball extends its sincere appreciation to Footballco and House of Goal for hosting the championship event, as well as the outstanding Playmakers team, led by Josh Dean, whose support throughout the entire tour was instrumental in delivering each activation successfully.
The organization also thanks its local partners, volunteers, creators, players, and fans who helped transform each stop into a celebration of street football culture.
Season 2 Continues Around the World
The USA Tour represents only one chapter of Urbanball Season 2, the organization’s biggest international campaign to date.
Season 2 will feature 16 cities across multiple continents, connecting the global street football community through qualifiers, cultural experiences, original content, and technology-driven competition.
Following the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026, the tour will continue with events across South America, Africa, and Europe, bringing Urbanball to new communities while identifying the next generation of street football talent.
As Urbanball continues to expand globally, every event contributes to a broader vision: building the world’s largest ecosystem dedicated to street football, where players can compete, connect, create content, and progress through a unified digital and physical platform.
The journey has only just begun.
