EX Sports and Cenomi Sign Landmark Agreement to Launch SportLab Riyadh — Saudi Arabia’s First Global Sporttainment Hub

In a groundbreaking move set to redefine the sports and entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, EX Sports DMCC and Cenomi have officially signed an agreement to develop SportLab Riyadh — the first sporttainment hub of its kind in the Kingdom.
Spanning over 4,000 square meters in one of Riyadh’s premier destinations, SportLab will feature a dynamic mix of simulator-based sports experiences, cutting-edge fitness zones, interactive gaming arenas, and an integrated food and beverage area designed for community gathering and social engagement. This unique fusion of sports, technology, and lifestyle is being hailed as the first global flagship of its kind — born in Saudi Arabia with the ambition to expand across international markets.
The signing ceremony, held in Riyadh, marks a pivotal moment in the Kingdom’s journey to become a global player in innovative sports development.
